BUNNY SUIT

In a clean room, a person may wear a bunny suit. This is a special protective type of clothing that is often static-free and keeps contaminates on the person's body (including hair and skin) from getting onto any products or equipment in the clean room. The bunny suit is often times white in color and covers the person's entire body, with the exception of the face. The person may have protective eyewear and use a breathing mask, depending on the clean room environment.
The bunny suit, or something very similar, is also used in nuclear power plants, to protect the person wearing it from nuclear material. A plastic raincoat is sometimes also worn over the top of the bunny suit for added protection.
